About US 

We are leading eCommerce experts with over 15 years of retailing experience. Between us we have operated across a variety of sectors, launching multiple brands and products.


In 2015 we (John and Mark) set out to help retail brand partners improve their online brand image, tackle the problem of unauthorised sellers, and increase Amazon sales revenues. Now our only focus is on forming a long term relationships with great brands to develop win-win partnerships.


Mark has been involved in eCommerce since 2001 and has launched several brands on the Amazon Marketplace both in the EU and USA. Mark has a strong background in retail and logistics demand chain management. In 2014 Mark decided to focus solely on Amazon and has made it his mission to understand the platform and its algorithm inside out. Mark says "I love retail and believe we are all blessed to be living in a time where technology has really leveled the playing field. My passion is working with our brand partners to improve their Amazon experience and grow profits for us both".


John has been involved in bringing products and brands to market for 20 years. With experience in sourcing, supply chain, branding, sales & marketing - John has been responsible for the supply of a number of leading branded and private label consumer electronics and homeware products sold through European retailers and on-line directly to consumers. ‘’I have a passion for helping brands across different sectors grow their sales on emerging eCommerce platforms across Europe’’.

Here is a selection of the most common questions we are asked about our eCommerce Brand Alliance program.

  • We already have too many Amazon sellers, Why do I need another?

    The truth is you’re probably right, you do have too many sellers!! 99% of all sellers are just re-selling your brand and product without adding any value. 

    The real question is, do you have the right sellers?

    This is where we fit in. We are completely different. We are the 1% of good sellers that go the extra mile to create fully optimised listings for the products we sell.

    We work with you to understand your brand and develop your product content and brand look. The content is also well optimised for Amazon which ensures your products get more views and converts to more sales. We provide feedback and reports along the way, ensuring you’re fully in control. We also advertise your product, to ensure it’s gaining greater exposure across Amazon and improving its sales rank on the Amazon marketplace.

  • What happens to the other sellers who sell our products?
    Nothing, as long as you continue to supply them, they will continue to sell. The difference is, their sales will probably increase. As your product listing is now optimised it will show up more on Amazon search and more customers will buy. As before, the sales are split across the people re-selling it. Over time you may work more with us as your prefered Amazon reseller (we hope so!), but that’s not a requirement for our brand alliance program.
  • Which marketplaces do you sell on?

    Depends on you! We typically start in the UK and then depending on your agreement move from there.

    We sell on all Amazon marketplaces - UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Middle East and USA. We are currently opening our stores in Turkey, Australia and Japan.

  • How much stock will you buy?

    Great question! It depends! In phase one we look carefully at the demand for your product and we share this information with you. From there, we agreed on the right quantity to purchase based on your lead times. Typically, our orders start with smaller quantities to test and learn. But generally, once the optimisation occurs we see our order book with you builds quickly. In many sectors Amazon is the number one retailer of the products we sell and demand is strong. We work with you on understanding your lead time and forecasting demand.

  • Do you have any supply chain requirements?

    We work with you to understand the size and weight of products and outer/inner carton dimensions. Ideally we like our partners to label goods on our behalf, but we also have the facility to handle this ourselves. We try to be as flexible as possible in order to make this program a great success for us both.

  • We struggle managing our channels, won’t you just cause us more problems?

    We are not some fancy marketing agency, we are experienced retailers that would love the opportunity to sell your brands products.

    Between us we have over 20 years bringing brands to market and building sales across multiple channels. We learned the hard way. But we also understand how important Amazon is. Our experience of building sales channels helps us ensure there are no conflicts.

    This is why we came up with the eCommerce Brand Alliance. It’s a way for us to demonstrate to you, the brand owner,  the benefits of having an amazing Amazon Seller who wants to understand your brand’s frustrations, create solutions and work with you, to increase the power and reach of your brand on Amazon.

    We won’t under cut your retail pricing and your other sellers will appreciate what ‘you’ve’ done to optimise and improve your product visibility on Amazon. 

    And remember we are doing all this, without charging you a management fee.

  • How much does your service cost?

    we do not have one fixed price as each brand, their objectives and the help they need all differ. Before we start working together we will schedule a discovery call to really get under the skin of your brands goals and what exactly you are looking to achieve on Amazon. We can then present you with a bespoke package based on recommendations that will become the roadmap for working together and getting your brand to where you want it to be.

  • Surely it’s too good to be true?

    Not really! But there is a catch. We can only take on a limited number of accounts to work with. We invest significant time, energy and resources on every product listing so we need to ensure we can work with you to add value and grow sales.

    By contacting you we have already identified there is demand for your product on Amazon and that there is an opportunity to grow your business. 

    Periodically we stop taking brands on to ensure we are 100% focused on servicing the brand owners we work with.
